- use <xxx.h> instead of <cxxx> (e.g. use stdlib.h instead of cstdlib)
- avoid using variable length array
as for the first point, it didn't make sense that cxxx didn't work and we may
want to look into it further to understand the real cause.  but since this has
been breaking build, and it somehow fixes the issue, I'll apply it for now.

It failed to build a test, because the file was generated in another
directory and probably didn't yet exist at the time.

No need for external one.

 - added tests for "ping" and "show_processes" command into "test_command_handler"
 - set verbose to True

 - added "test_for_boss" into test cases of stats daemon.
   It tests whether the command and group name are proper.
 - updated the year of copyright
 - removed __version__

which tests for bad commamd, "shutdown", "sendstats" and an unknown command, and tests values of parameters transmitted through the cc session.

discussed on jabber, going to push it directory.  I think this is very minor,
so won't bother to increase the changelog size for this.

Copyright on this BIND 10 work from CZ.NOC belonfs to ISC.

Without this it cannot use privileged port (most commonly 53) while changing
the run time user (-u).  Confirmed the fix, and okayed on jabber.

I won't update changelog for this fix because it's a regression after
the previous release.

BIND 10 server. Far better suited as a unit test.
