Missing references to test

Re: #15681: "Documentation for running gtest in Kea" Customer informs: In kea/doc/devel/unit-tests.dox it used to include a couple of lines about running the configuration tool with a pointer to the gtest code. That seems to have gone away in newer versions of the document though there still seems to be a reference to it with "one of these two switches will find \c gtest
