Kea user list
It might help people gauge the maturity of Kea if there was a user list somewhere that people could add their implementation to.
This could be a document in the source code that people submit a merge request to edit, or an issue that they comment on.
The most likely to succeed is a very simple bullet list
or it could be a table where we invite some more information
