Issue created Sep 21, 2018 by Ray Bellis@rayDeveloper

lease times stored in localtime in Postgres (DST issue?)

I've observed that lease expiry times appear to be stored in local time in the Postgres database (and perhaps in others?) rather than in UTC.

This might cause unexpected removal of leases from the database at the changeover to or from DST.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
