Generate tests for syntax entry uniqueness

It would be good to extend these tests to have a list of all supported parameters and iterate over them and see if an error is raised when they are duplicated. This test only covers selected ones.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
