Forensic logging should cover DECLINE and RELEASE

It was reported (see support#17179) that the forensic logging could handle the situation better when:

  • client sends DECLINE
  • client sends RELEASE

See patch attached in the support ticket.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
