Does Kea support the link selection sub-option of the relay agent option and/or the subnet selection option?

On Support #17203, Shawn asks:

I was unable to find anything in the Kea docs about it supporting the link selection sub option (5)
of the relay agent option (82) or the subnet selection option (113).

From looking at the code it appears to support both. Form observation it appears to
support at least the first (I didn't check on the second).

Does it support either or both of these?

If so you may want to update the docs, especially section 8.11, supported RFCs.
