user-context examples, API commands

It has been noted that there is an apparent lack of examples of the use of "user-context" in the Kea Arm.
It could be instructive to users if they had examples of the creation and use of "user-context" on different objects.

RT #17135

UPDATE: Looking at the support ticket, it seems the question also covers whether user context can be manipulated using commands.
