vendor options (43,125) examples

This is somewhat of a follow-up to #1298 (closed). There are several requests for documenting option 43 examples.

  1. Siemens. There was a request on kea-users to translate the following ISC DHCP configuration to kea. This is a great example for option 43 section in the ARM.

  2. Quuppa. Another request for a different vendor.

  3. Ubiquiti IniFi comments here

  4. Mitel request here

  5. Kirk request here

In all cases, there are specific examples shown. Since they're posted publicly, we can use them as examples. Obviously, we need to not release any specific hostnames or IP addresses.
