config manager clear does not clear the D2 client config.

The source of the problem comes from the fact that the D2 client config is not part of the server config.

BTW if we decide to fix this it is rather easy (a few line of code to add).

It is a critical bug as it makes NetBSD to not pass dhcpsrv unit tests.
