HA url check

HA url check:

I have been recommended to create a ticket so that it can be verified that HA checks that the address as defined in the "peer":/"url:" field is a IP address and not at name. It would also be informative if the HA library generated an error message if the schema in the url is not supported.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
