examples in forensic logging v4 with request-parser-format only are not valid

the documentation added examples when using v4 with only request-parser-format configured. the examples use the yiaddr to extract the requested address, but on request, this information is found in option DHO_DHCP_REQUESTED_ADDRESS (50).
