Add GSS-API support in hammer

See #1884 (closed) and the wiki where the package was identified for macOS/homebrew, FreeBSD, Ubuntu 20.10 and Fedora 33.

BTW the same way can be used: first find the bind9 library package, list its dependencies and check the selected package uses the MIT implementation.

The milestone will be added when #1884 (closed) will be merged.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
