multi-thread compatible Radius hooks libraries
The Radius library hooks are not compatible with multi-threading: To assist users who employ Radius authorisation to enjoy the benefits of multi-threading I suggest that the Radius hooks libraries be made multi-threaded or multi-thread compatible.
