Change to documentation innodb_flush_log_at_trx_commit

At present the ARM advises again changing the Mysql setting "innodb_flush_log_at_trx_commit" from the default value of 1. We may wish to change this recommendation.

Be aware that changing this value can result with problems during data recovery after crash, we strongly recommend
to check Mysql documentation
