Can LFC cause dropped packets with HA+MT at heavy load

Can LFC cause dropped packets with HA+MT at heavy load:
Would it be able to test for packet loss due to the influence of the LFC process when handling large number of requests. And if found to be the case could there be a method to mitigate this.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
