release checklist additions

  • make sure changelog is not missing any entries
  • if any changes are done to a database schemas, check that a previously released schema version hasn't been changed and check that the additions to dhcpdb_create.*ql are consistent with added upgrade scripts
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
