Postgresql CB gmt_epoch() function requires cast to BIGINT under PostgreSQL 9x

A user function, gmt_epoc(), added to the schema for PostgreSQL CB requires casting the expression to BIGINT under PostgreSQL 9.0. Apparently the cast is not needed in 11+.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
