ISC DHCP server hostname (vs IPv4 address) in option data

When it parses an IPv4 address the ISC DHCP parser accepts a DNS hostname which it resolves dynamically (i.e. when the value is used, not when it is parsed) into an address or a list of addresses.

This feature seems convenient at the first view but in fact is not, in particular for option values.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
