fill memfile v6 BLQ tables

At least these following steps:

  • add a flag in lease object to unchange, remove or update entries in the new BLQ tables for the lease (this avoids to change the API to add a new parameter to updateLease methods)
  • revamp the updateLeaseXExtendedInfo methods
  • update memfile lease manager methods to act on these tables
  • fill these tables when loading memfile files
  • add a new command to (re)build the tables (note as it is useless for memfile which do this when it loads files it can be postpone)
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
