MemfileLeaseMgrTest.classLeaseRecount[46] unit test trigger crashes

On my macOS 13.3.1 with last clang. Currently I compile in C++14 mode but it does not seem to be related. Debug attempts did not give useful information: it seems the unit test junks something so next test crashes (so I am pretty sure the bug is triggered in the v4 one even the crash is in the v6).
