There is no documentation about RFC 3046 supports

It is written here, that Kea supports RFC 3046. But I didn't find any other mention about it, particularly about Remote ID option. It is mentioned about ipv6 (RFC 4649), but not about ipv4.

I also searched for it in the examples but it is only in kea6 folder.
