Add coroutine.h back to kea sources

We removed coroutine.h in http://oldkea.isc.org/ticket/4064. As an unforeseen side effect, Kea now requires installation of a new boost on CentOS7 and RHEL7. This tremendously complicates installation procedure.

As such, we need to revert 4064 changes.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
