Expose interface-id in dhcpv6 run script hook points

Hello! I see useful to expose option18 (interface id) and, eventually, option37 (remote id) to dhcpv6 hook points, in a similar way that option82 is sent in dhcpv4 hook points (QUERY4_OPTION_82 or QUERY4_OPTION_82_SUB_OPTION_1). Thank you!
