Kea ARM section on DDNS doesn't mention DDNS-tuning hook library

Could we add a link or reference to the DDNS-tuning library to the DDNS section of the ARM? I think it is otherwise easy to miss the fact that you can customized the name creation. https://kea.readthedocs.io/en/latest/arm/ddns.html
