Include git commit hash for premium in the config report

The report includes the git commit hash for core in the config report that can be accessed with the -W parameter when Kea was built from sources. It would be nice to have the git commit hash for premium as well, if Kea was built with premium. It could be mentioned under Extended version: or under Premium hooks: yes.
