some option headers are missing in libkea dhcp include HEADERS

Some options' headers are missing in libkea_dhcp___include_HEADERS in src/lib/dhcp/Makefile.am.

This results in those header missing in isc-kea-dev packages or under include/kea/dhcp path when kea built and installed from tarballs/sources.

Maybe this could be checked as part of release process?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
