minor doc update: BLQ support

Couple things to add:

  • The table in section 16.4 (list of hooks) doesn't mention bulk leasequery.
  • The list of supported RFCs for v4 doesn't mention RFC4388 or RFC6926.
  • The list of supported RFCs for v6 doesn't mention RFC5007 or RFC5460.

The information is there in various places when you dig deep enough, but the whole point of having supported RFCs section is to get this info quickly.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
