`pool-id` is not parsed in pd-pool

pool-id is not parsed in pd-pool

remote-option6-subnet-set accepts pool-id in PD, but pool-id is missing when doing config-get

remote-option6-pd-pool-set returns: "spurious 'pool-id' parameter
