asiodns.dox missing from tarball

src/lib/asiodns/asiodns.dox is missing from the tarball since it's not added to EXTRA_DIST.

This makes the asiodns section not appear in the developer's guide if it's built from the tarball. https://reports.kea.isc.org/dev_guide suffers from this.
