KEA_LOGGER_DESTINATION is incompatible with some unit tests

When KEA_LOGGER_DESTINATION is set to stderr the LoggerTest.HasAppender unit test fails.

I propose to reset the environment variable the time the unit test is runned.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
