Update v4-dnr format type to internal

v4-dnr was updated recently and the record type was changed to internal, so it is would be nice to update file: doc/sphinx/arm/dhcp4-srv.rst

from:

record (uint16, uint16, uint8, fqdn, binary)

to:

internal
