Classification Changes-3.0 Option Class Tagging

Implement Option Class Tagging as described in https://gitlab.isc.org/isc-projects/kea/-/wikis/Designs//Potential-Classification-Changes#3-option-class-tagging

Anticipated Tasks:

  • Add client-classes member to dhcp::OptionDescriptor and JSON configuration parsing
  • Modify logic Dhcp<4/6>Srv::buildCfgOptionList() to check Options::client-classes prior to adding an option to the list
  • Add support for client-classes element to Schemas and Config Back Ends
  • Update Documentation
