Fix compatibility with bison 3.3.2 or later

New bison 3.3.2 emits some warnings when used in yacc mode (bison -y). This ticket proposes updates to keep compatibility with new bison versions including future versions where deprecated features will be no longer accepted.

This affects all versions newer than 3.3.2, too.
