1.6.0-beta sanity checks: incorrect data in examples

  • /doc/kea/examples/agent/simple.json mentioned non-existent hook lib.
  • doc/kea/examples/ddns/sample1.json used 172.16.1.10 address. Should be replaced with 127.0.0.1.
