Alpine package
Alpine is Linux distro very frequently used in Docker environment due to alpine's small size. Alpine is using its own apk format. We would like to create apk packages for Kea in the 1.7 timeframe.
This ticket was created to catch various issues.
There is existing Kea 1.5 package done by 3rd party. It could be a good starting point.
