Config rename: all-keys.json and all-keys-netconf.json

The configs are called: all-keys-current.json (should be all-keys.json) and all-keys-stable.json (should be all-keys-netconf.json).

Should be a trivial rename.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
