Tweak migrated.html template for migration fail cases

When using keama web interface for migration, when there is any error during migration then migrated.html template is rendered in the same way like in case of a success.

e.g. download and share links have (empty) file.

I think it should be rendered differently, have another feedback to the user, links should be hidden etc.
