Subnet filtration doesn't work

The issue was reported by @slawek during 1.10 sanity checks. Source.

The subnet filtration on the subnet page doesn't work.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Subnets page
2. Type 1.15.2 or 3008: in the filter subnets input
3. Press Enter
4. Observe that nothing happens
