Alpine Setup script not available

Stork documentation chapter 2.5.1.3 mentions a setup script to install stork on Alpine (https://dl.cloudsmith.io/public/isc/stork/cfg/setup/setup.alpine.sh).

This script however is not available on cloudsmith.

I can imagine that this is related to #863 (closed). However, if there are no packages available, the documentation should not state that there are.
