Kea CA, rndc, Stork Agent and absolute paths

Kea detection requires absolute paths to the configuration files of the Control Agent. Starting the agent like this:

sudo sbin/kea-ctrl-agent -c etc/kea/kea-ctrl-agent.conf

would confuse the Stork Agent as it cannot find etc/kea/kea-ctrl-agent.conf if it assumes that this an absolute path.

And similar for BIND 9.
