Keep the list of tested systems in ARM up to date

Need a methodology for keeping this list up to date, which currently has both EOL systems and systems that we are not testing anything on.

Stork is tested on the following systems:

  • Ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04
  • Fedora 31 and 32
  • CentOS 8
  • MacOS 11.3*
