HA panel resets the scroll position of the Kea application page periodically

The issue was found by @piotrek during 1.18 sanity checks: #1460 (comment 479827)

The Kea App detailed view tab is hard to use when the HA status table is refreshed every 10 seconds. It feels like the whole page is reloaded. The scroll position is lost, and the top of the page is displayed again whenever a status refresh happens. I think this isn't a good UX, and it could be improved.
