Stork Subnet View Pie Chart does not account for DHCPDECLINE

Kea 2.2 with Stork 1.16 on RHEL 9. I know I'm a little behind, but the report should still be valid unless it was recently addressed. This particular subnet has reached IP depletion, caused by a misbehaving client sending DHCPDECLINE on every available Iease. Looking at the pie chart it would appear that many leases are available, when indeed there are none. I would expect the pie chart to account for declined addresses. I believe red color would be a good choice for declines since it should not be part of standard operation.
