Missing Grafana links for IPv4 and IPv6 on dashboard

Hi there,

After upgrading stork at 1.18 I noticed that the Grafana Links icons are missing from the subnets, both IPv4 and IPv6.

From the logs, what I can tell when adding both Grafana and Prometheus URLs, I'm seeing an OK message, don't know if it means something or not.

Don't know if it has moved somewhere else or not.
