RPS(15min) and RPS(24h) is always 1

RPS(15min) and RPS(24h) is always 1

I use kea version 2.6.1 and stork 1.18 on ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS

dhcp can service normally but stork is always detect 1 on RPS(15min) and RPS(24h)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install Kea by https://kb.isc.org/docs/isc-kea-packages
  2. Install Stork by https://gitlab.isc.org/isc-projects/stork/-/wikis/home
  3. I get isc-stork-agent by https://cloudsmith.io/~isc/repos/stork/packages/?q=filename%3Adeb%24
  4. I add Machines and check service stork is can monitor daemons on both kea-server but stork can not get numbers of RPS, I think I have misconfiguration or something else.
