GLIBC not found when running stork processes on RHEL 8

The issue was reported on our mailing list.

The Stork executables doesn't run on RHEL 8.10 due to incompatible GLIBC version.

stork-agent[2930413]: /usr/bin/stork-agent: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.32' not found (required by /usr/bin/stork-agent)
stork-agent[2930413]: /usr/bin/stork-agent: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.34' not found (required by /usr/bin/stork-agent)

The problem is caused by the recent upgrade of our RH UBI images to the 9 versions.
