Version reporting - versions.json not found when stork-server installed with rake task under customized path
This bug was found by @andrei during 2.0.0rc1 sanity checks.
When stork-server is installed with rake task rake install:server DEST=/custom/path under a custom path, then the versions.json file cannot be found.
This issue could probably also be experienced when installing Stork server from packages under customized path.
