Link to BIND/Kea documentation on RTD

As an administrator of BIND or Kea it would be convenient to have a link to the documentation for the product. I would like to click on the link and open a new browser window or tab on Read the Docs. I would be fine with seeing the LATEST version of the docs, and would be able to select another version if that is what I need.
