Add Current Release info

As an administrator of BIND or Kea it would be convenient to have displayed somewhere on the Stork dashboard (on a page which is displaying the version of BIND or KEA running on a server or in a list of servers), information about available Kea or BIND releases.

Ideally, I would like to see new releases that are available for download listed in a small box, with the version and release date, with a place to click to download the version, or . If possible, it would also be nice to have an icon to click to open a browser window or tab to view the release notes for the selected version.
